Singer wanted to complete what is currently a four piece rock band consisting of two guitars, bass and drums. We are looking for someone in their 20s to early-to-mid 30s. Members each have 15+ years musical experience. The band has a very hard, driving sound that pulls from influences such as Sevendust, Tool, Incubus and Pearl Jam. We are looking for a high caliber singer who can sing both aggressively and melodically. MUST have strong song-writing skills. We will contribute to lyrics and song writing when needed as we work as a team, but you should be able to tell your own story..
Candidate must have means of transportation, be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between roughly 7:00pm to 11:00pm (this is non-negotiable) as well as for shows, and be willing to contribute to any band expenses in the future (rent, professional recording/mastering, gear, beer, blah de blah) - which are divided evenly. We have iMacs and full recording gear with a substantial knowledge of Pro-Tools, a fully functioning PA with mixer and floor monitors, professional hardware and instruments and we practice in our bassist's basement but are planning to eventually move to a jamspace nearby. Having gear (i.e., better PA speakers/a preferred microphone) is a plus as TONE is extremely important to us and should be to you as well. More important is that the spoken dialog sounds natural.

Hey I'm an Indie artist in need of a leading lady for my video set for June-ish. This will be semi professional as I'll have a camera crew and all that jazz so I need you to be like wise. The idea I'm trying to go for is, inception meets the Note Book... Yea I know, sounds random but that's just the way I see the vision in my head. More details about the story will be given after your chosen as its kind of a big concept. Any who, you know the drill, head shots, ht', wt' etc. However one extra thing, please send a body pic of your best out-fit cause I'm looking for a specific style to go with the over all video but I might change my mind and stray from my original idea if permitted. I will be the first member of the group, The maximum number is 3 girls. I am open to creating a group name once the group is formed. we WILL try to be very successful something similar to the OMG Girlz but very different at the same time. Again please join me in showcasing your talent. If you CAN dance well, sing, and/or rap please come don't be shy! I will be giving out the location once people take interest. When you come you will get a number and showcase your talent whether it's singing your favorite song and dancing or rapping Nicki Minaj. Please come dressed in sweats and sneakers! I will be teaching you a very short choreography piece :) then I'll split you into groups and you;ll show me, don't be afraid to mess up just have fun with it :)
